Refund Policy

This is a strict refund policy. Digital service purchases are generally final due to the nature of token delivery and automation conditions.
1. General Rule
- Purchases of digital tokens or credits are generally binding once payment is confirmed.
- Digital tokens and credits are non-transferable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash.
2. No Refunds
- Refunds are not available after service execution has started, the order is queued, or any delivery has been initiated.
- Refunds are not available for delays, platform rate limits, cooldowns, API instability, or third-party restrictions beyond our control.
- Refunds are not available for customer errors, including incorrect Steam IDs, wrong target values, or improper token use.
- Refunds are not available for account restrictions, bans, or decisions by third-party platforms.
3. Discretionary Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only at our discretion and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Service execution has not yet started.
- The request is made promptly after purchase.
- A demonstrable payment error, such as duplicate billing, occurred.
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal
If any statutory withdrawal right applies, it may expire early for digital services if you expressly agree at checkout that service execution should begin immediately and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent blocking.
- We will defend against fraudulent disputes with available service logs and evidence.
6. Mandatory Rights
Mandatory consumer protection rights under German and EU law remain unaffected.
