CS2 Sensitivity Converter
Switching to Counter-Strike 2 from another game — or coming back from Valorant, Apex or Overwatch? Enter your current sensitivity and DPI and get your exact CS2 sensitivity in one click, plus the metrics the pros actually use: cm/360, inches/360 and eDPI. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is stored.
Conversions assume the same mouse DPI in both games (the standard way to match feel). cm/360 is identical across games — that's your true muscle memory.
How the CS2 sensitivity conversion works
Every game turns your view by a fixed number of degrees per mouse "count" (one DPI step). Counter-Strike 2, like CS:GO and every Source-engine game, turns 0.022° per count at sensitivity 1. To match your aim in a new game you keep the same cm/360 — the real-world distance for a full turn — and solve for the new game's sensitivity value. That's exactly what this tool does, so your muscle memory carries over perfectly.
CS:GO → CS2: nothing changes
Good news if you're moving from CS:GO: Source 2 uses the identical yaw, so your CS:GO sensitivity is already your CS2 sensitivity at the same DPI. Type the same number into sensitivity in the CS2 console and you're done — no recalculation needed.
Common Valorant ↔ CS2 conversions (at 800 DPI)
| Valorant sens | CS2 sens | cm/360° |
|---|
Rule of thumb: CS2 = Valorant × 3.18, and Valorant = CS2 × 0.314. Apex Legends is 1:1 with CS2; Overwatch 2 is CS2 × 0.3.

Frequently asked questions
Is CS2 sensitivity the same as CS:GO?
Yes — CS2 uses the same 0.022 yaw as CS:GO, so your value transfers unchanged at the same DPI.
How do I convert Valorant sensitivity to CS2?
Multiply your Valorant sensitivity by about 3.18 at the same DPI, or use the converter above for the exact figure plus cm/360 and eDPI.
How do I convert Apex Legends or Overwatch to CS2?
Apex Legends uses the same engine model as CS2, so it's a 1:1 conversion at the same DPI. For Overwatch 2, multiply your sensitivity by 0.3 to get the CS2 equivalent.
What is cm/360 and why does it matter?
It's the physical distance you move your mouse for a full 360° turn. Because it ignores each game's sensitivity scale, matching cm/360 is the only way to truly keep the same aim across games.
What is eDPI?
eDPI = in-game sensitivity × mouse DPI. It's a quick way to compare two sensitivities within the same game.
