Job Stuck on Queued: What to Do
Queued does not always mean broken. Under high campaign traffic, queue depth can rise temporarily. This guide helps you decide when to wait and when to recover.
When queued is normal
- Queue size increased recently due to traffic bursts.
- Workers are active but your slot is waiting to start.
- Status is still updating and no hard error is shown.
When to recover
- If status does not move for a long interval, use safe retry once.
- If you suspect duplicate active job, use cancel active job action first.
- Do not spam multiple starts on same token/target combination.
For support, use copy support payload so your exact runtime context is included.
